Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Skewers with Sprinkles Recipe
These brightly colored skewers are ideal for any occasion. They're simple to make and are sure to please both kids and adults.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
Instructions
- Skewer one marshmallow at a time onto a wooden skewer.
- Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Dip each marshmallow completely into the melted chocolate.
- While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the coated marshmallows with rainbow sprinkles.
- Refrigerate the skewers for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
