Roasted Marshmallows with Raspberries Recipe
This simple dessert combines the classic flavor of roasted marshmallows with the tart sweetness of fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
- 8 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 skewers
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 7 minutes
- Total Time: 17 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
- After washing and drying the raspberries, skewer each marshmallow onto a skewer.
- Place the raspberries on the same skewer as the marshmallow, spacing them evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the skewers on it.
- Roast the marshmallows and raspberries in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
