• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

• Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
• Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
• 1 minute on high, stirring halfway through, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
• Using a toothpick, skewer each marshmallow.
• Tap off any excess chocolate after dipping each marshmallow in the melted chocolate.
