Biscoff S'Mores Recipe

A deliciously sweet and crunchy twist on the classic s'mores recipe using Biscoff cookies instead of graham crackers.

Ingredients

• 2 large marshmallows
• Four biscoff cookies
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Cook Time: 2 minutes
• Total Time: 7 minutes

Instructions

• On a microwave-safe plate, place 2 Biscoff cookies.
• Place a marshmallow on top of each cookie.
• Microwave the marshmallows for 10-15 seconds, or until they puff up.
• Remove from microwave and press two more Biscoff cookies on top of the marshmallows to form sandwiches.
• Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave in 10-second increments until completely melted.
• Drizzle the Biscoff sandwiches with melted chocolate.
• While the marshmallows are still gooey, serve immediately.
