Grilled S'Mores Sandwich Recipe

A fun take on the classic S'mores, ideal for a summer BBQ or campfire. Sandwiched between two slices of buttery grilled bread are gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp butter, softened
• 8 chocolate squares
• 4 slices of bread
• 8 marshmallows

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Cook Time: 6 minutes
• Total Time: 11 minutes

Instructions

• Heat the grill to medium-high.
• 1 tablespoon of butter should be spread on each slice of bread.
• Place 2 chocolate squares on 2 bread slices.
• On top of the chocolate, place 4 marshmallows.
• Top with the remaining slices of bread to make two sandwiches.
• Grill the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side on a preheated grill, until golden brown and the marshmallows are melted.
• Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving after removing from the grill.
