Sugar Cookies with Marshmallows and Sprinkles Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• Two large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
• 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp

• Cook Time: 15 minutes
• Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

• Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
• Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
• Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
• Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
• Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and mini marshmallows.
• Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes after it has been covered.
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
• Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
• Place the chilled dough in tablespoon-sized balls on the prepared baking sheet.
• Preheat the oven to 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
• Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
