Marshmallow Cappuccino Recipe

• 1 espresso shot
• milk, 8 oz
• 1 large marshmallow
• 1 tbsp of sugar
• 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

• Cook Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

• Make an espresso shot and set it aside.
• Heat the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the milk is hot.
• Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the milk mixture until it is light and fluffy.
• Microwave the marshmallow in a microwave-safe bowl for 10-15 seconds, or until it puffs up and softens.
• In a coffee cup, place the marshmallow on top of the espresso shot.
• Over the marshmallow and espresso, pour the frothed milk.
