Cookies and Cream S'Mores Recipe
S'mores with cookies and cream are a fun twist on the classic campfire treat. Every bite has a delicious chocolatey crunch from the addition of Oreo cookies.
Ingredients
- 4 large marshmallows
- 8 oreo cookies
- 2 graham crackers
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 2 minutes
- Total Time: 7 minutes
Instructions
- On a baking sheet, place four Oreo cookies.
- Place a marshmallow on top of each cookie.
- Broil the marshmallow-topped cookies in the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Place one half of the graham crackers on each of the remaining four Oreos.
- Place the graham cracker halves with Oreos on top of the broiled marshmallow-topped cookies.
- To make a sandwich, gently press down.
- Serve and have fun.
