Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows Recipe
Chocolate-dipped marshmallows are the ideal sweet treat for any occasion. They're simple to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 marshmallows
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 2 minutes
- Total Time: 12 minutes
Instructions
- Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
- Using a toothpick, skewer each marshmallow.
- Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir and microwave for another 15 seconds, or until completely melted.
- Swirl each marshmallow in the melted chocolate to coat.
- Place the chocolate-covered marshmallows on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
- Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Serve with the toothpicks removed.
