Marshmallow and Brownie Skewers Recipe
These tasty skewers are a quick and easy dessert to make. It's impossible to resist the combination of chocolatey brownies and fluffy marshmallows.
Ingredients
- 1 large marshmallow bag
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 eggs
- 10 to 12 wooden skewers
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 45 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been greased.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into bite-sized squares.
- On each wooden skewer, skewer a marshmallow and a brownie square.
- Heat a grill or grill pan on medium-high.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.
- Serve and have fun.
