• 10 large marshmallows
• 1 cup white chocolate chips

• Cook Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

• Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
• Microwave white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
• Insert a toothpick into each marshmallow and then dip it into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely.
• Refrigerate the coated marshmallows for at least 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened, on the prepared baking sheet.
• Serve and have fun.
