Gingerbread S'Mores Recipe

These gingerbread s'mores put a festive spin on the traditional campfire treat. Warm, spicy gingerbread combined with gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

• 3 oz dark chocolate, chopped
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 6 large marshmallows
• 6 gingerbread cookies
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Line a baking sheet with gingerbread cookies.
• Place a marshmallow on top of each cookie.
• Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown, in a preheated oven.
• Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream.
• Stir in the chopped dark chocolate until it is melted and smooth.
• Combine the cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
• After baking the cookies, drizzle the chocolate mixture over the marshmallows.
• Enjoy while still warm.
